Congratulations to CMHS senior Alexandria Patrone for earning a spot at the 2020 High School Nationals Speech & Debate Tournament. Alexandria was top girls qualifier and 1 of 2 for the Youngstown District in the International Extemporaneous (IX) category. She will be joined by 13 others representing the State of Ohio at the national tournament. This years host city is Albuquerque, NM, and it will be a virtual tournament due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Alexandria made the podium in every event she competed in this season leading to the state tournament. Alexandria also represented CMHS at the Ohio State Tournament for Girls High School Golf this season capping off a 14 – 1 record. She made the honor roll all 16 quarters during her CMHS career and a member of the National Honors Society. Way to go Alexandria. Best of luck at the tournament and with all of your future endeavors.
