(November 17-Youngstown, OH)– To kick of this Holiday Season, Cardinal Mooney High School is hosting its Inaugural Alumni Weekend. Stretching from Wednesday, November 23rd through Giving Tuesday, the 29th, the Mooney Family will come together for various social and charitable events. Please see the schedule below:
- Wednesday, November 23rd: All-Class Reunion Bash, 7pm, Ryes the Bar/Imbibe Martini Bar, 124 W. Federal , Youngstown -Join Cardinals from the 6o years of CMHS as we meet up to socialize, network and usher in the Holidays while enjoying a signature Mooney Martini created for the event!
- Friday, November 25th: Alumni Open House, 11am to 3pm, Cardinal Mooney High School, 2545 Erie St., Youngstown– Stop down during Black Friday and shop the school store, the Cardinal’s Nest, for all your Mooney apparel and gear. Special discounts and sales! CMHS school tours will also take place, come and see the ‘new look’ of your alma mater.
- Saturday, November 26th: Football Alumni Social, 7pm, Cassese’s MVR, 410 N. Walnut, Youngstown– Calling all Cards, past, present and future! The MVR will host Mooney players and fans from the past six decades as they celebrate the weekend together with their Family. 50/50 raffle and autograph collection for unique Mooney Auction gifts.
- Monday, November 28th: Cyber Monday Sale at the Cardinals’ Nest, Cardinal Mooney High School, 2545 Erie St., Youngstown-Shop all day Cyber Monday on http://cardinals-nest.myshopify.com/ using the code “GIVETHANKS” for discounts!
- Tuesday, November 29th: CMHS Launches Giving Tuesday initiative– CMHS will make a substantial donation to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley on behalf of all Lumen Christi 8th Graders in the Youngstown Diocese. Other charitable endeavors involving the Mooney Family will take place throughout the day.
