In June, Mercy Health will sponsor free physicals for student athletes in grades 9-12 during the 2021-2022 school year.
Two dates and locations have been announced starting on Monday, June 7th, from 9:00am – 11:30am in the Cardinal Mooney Gymnasium and on Thursday, June 10th, from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at the Boardman Medical Pavilion (located at 8423 Market St., Boardman, Ohio 44512.)
The physicals are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Time slots will be assigned in ten minute intervals. Sign ups must be completed by Sunday, June 6th, 2021. Click here to sign up for your free Cardinal Mooney athletic physical.

*If you have a known heart murmur, known current injury (i.e. in a cast, boot, sling, brace, using crutches, etc.) or under the care of a doctor that needs to medically clear you, you must see your PCP or treating doctor for clearance and cannot utilize this opportunity for your physical.
