STRATEGIC PLAN

I am delighted to share the Cardinal Mooney High School Strategic Plan, 2024-29. This document is the product of a six-month process that included surveys, focus groups, conversations, and study over the past year with a broad coalition of Mooney stakeholders. It is the first plan of its kind that Cardinal Mooney has produced in over 25 years. The Strategic Planning Committee is proud to present it; our administration, faculty and staff will be even prouder to implement it.

The Strategic Plan outlines the critical initiatives that will guide Mooney’s growth in the coming years. It reflects our belief in the mission of Sanctity, Scholarship, and Discipline and our vision for Mooney as the area’s preeminent Catholic high school. It strengthens our charge to provide exceptional educational opportunities while developing the complete student: focusing on faith formation, extracurricular activities, and athletics. It gives a blueprint for executing at a high level in every facet of our operations, including effective marketing and enrollment, enhanced facility planning, and sound fiscal management.
